Squid Pizza

SQUID PIZZA
Aunt Josie (Uncle Uchie’s Josie)

1 # bread dough for the pizza
2 # cleaned squid cut into small pieces
1 small can of tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small can black pitted sliced olives
Dash of red hot pepper flakes, salt & a little olive oil
Sauté squid 5 minutes.
Place all ingredients into a bowl to mix thoroughly
Roll dough flat and cut in half.
Put bottom dough in pizza pan
Top with mixed ingredients
Put remaining dough on top
Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes until brown.
