• Fried Scallops

    Ingredients:

      2 pounds scallops
      1 cup flour 
      1 tsp salt
      1/2 tsp pepper
      3 eggs
      1/2 cup milk
      2 cups breadcrumbs
      vegetable oil 
      cocktail sauce

    Rinse scallops in cold water and dry well.
    Combine flour, pepper and salt.
    Dredge scallops in mixture.
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Dip scallops into egg mixture then dredge in the breadcrumbs.
    Fry in the oil at 350 degrees until golden brown.
    Cayanne pepper can be sprinkled on top for a little zip.
