This is a copy of an e-mail I recieved today from my cousin Christine Cavallo about her call from my Cousin Paul Frangos' wife Kathie. Paul, Kathie and Nicholas live in Philly. Nicky is 11 years old.

"Kathie called just now screaming with excitement to say that she received a call from Nick's school announcing that Nick was picked by the Philadelphia Philly's to throw out the first pitch to this Sunday's baseball game.  The school submitted their name to be considered and the team came back and asked for the most likable, outgoing, good, kind, sports involved, etc., boy and collectively all his teachers spoke up and said NICK FRANGOS, so he was selected.   When he was told about it he jumped with joy, but asked….."Can I wear my Red Sox shirt on the mound", of course they said NO …..."
